Our partnership with Happy Smiles consists of bi-monthly meetings and skill-sharing, all in support of both of our CIC’s . Both our mission align and are working in support of changing people’s attitudes one training session at the time.

Happy Smiles Training CIC has positively impacted the lives of many disabled people and their communities in the north of England. The organisation’s person-centred, user-led, inclusive, and forward-thinking values are reflected in its training and project delivery approach, which has had a proven positive impact on the social inclusion of communities and the way those communities view and value disabled people.

We are so proud to be working with this wonderful CIC and we value learning from each other how to better support and create pathways for disabled people into employment.
